Its architecture, scalability and available deployment scenarios makes it suitable for deployment in small sized applications as well as large and demanding applications with heavy traffic. In the MyCall product line it provides the highest flexibility and highest performance of monitoring and recording telephone and radio traffic.
System is designed to be easily scalable and easy-to-integrate into existing information structures of the customer. System also provides wide range of system integration possibilities. Third party information systems can receive information from MyCall system in real-time. Deployment is possible to existing dedicated or shared servers.
